Justin & Ben at Kast a weigh set me up on an amazing program. I'm a father of two, one of my children being two months old, and I still managed to fit this into my life! For the first time, I’ve had great results! I’ve tried many diets, Keto, restricting, calorie counting, etc....30 Days or HELL set me up for success! I’m not very experienced in the gym, but with this well-thought-out plan I have seen amazing results, and fast !!! I feel better than I have in years and I’m down 14 pounds on day 25! First I have to say I am not a beginner when it comes to the gym/lifting/cardio. I have tried many programs in the past. Some have worked amazingly, some not so much. The issue I’ve had with ALL of them is that the workouts are either too long or the “diet” is too restrictive. In either case, when followed I’ve had success, but it never lasted past the program because I’d crave my favorite foods, or life would get in the way and there was no way to get the time to do the long workouts required for it. THIS program however solved both issues for me. I have three very young children and one with special needs, so long workouts are not good, and a restrictive diet is very hard to maintain. This program, however, has workouts that are very reasonable for the time duration (no longer than an hour). The diet is straightforward, eat plenty of protein and keep everything else reasonable, can’t get any simpler than that. My goal for this program was to lose body fat and a few pounds as I’m close to an ideal weight for my height already. Within 2 weeks not only had the scale shown a good loss in weight but a full-body fat percentage drop as well! I have pants that fit tight around my waist that now fit comfortably and shirts that were tight that no longer are…minus the increased size in my chest and arms which for a guy is a pretty damn good thing and good feeling. I love how challenging the workouts are for how short they are, and that I can do the cardio of my choice. I am disciplined enough and love sports so the cardio I do I chose is hard but only required 5-20 minutes each time (sometimes I’d chose an easier option and go longer but not often). My minimum was 5 minutes of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 5 minutes of in place cardio move (high knees, burpees, jumping jacks, whatever). Overall, this program offers a great challenge and yet fits into everyday life, I had a few times where I had to skip the workout that day because of “life” but got back to it the next day and have not seen a slip backward because of it. I feel stronger, lighter, quicker, and more energetic than I ever have in my life. I would recommend this to ANYONE, but especially those with lives that cannot sustain the “bodybuilder multiple hours a day” type programs.

I entered into a 28 day program to kick me back into lifting shape after an inordinate amount of time working on my “Dad Bod”. I’m a father of 2 very busy and demanding kiddos, and finding time to lift becomes increasingly harder as a parent. I got hooked up with a Kast-A-Weigh program and I certainly found it very effective and easy to follow. The nutrition strategy is simple and to the point - an excellent way to shed unwanted fat and gain some great strength.
